Thank you for choosing Confetti Chicago for your event planning and design needs. We are committed to providing exceptional services while maintaining transparency and clarity in our business transactions. Please review the following policy sheet to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience when working with us:

1. **Deposit Requirements:**

- A 50% deposit is mandatory for all events with a total cost exceeding $500.

• Anything below $500 requires a full deposit within 7days of booking. 50% due to hold date. 

- A $200 refundable security deposit is required for all events.

- A $100 refundable security deposit applies to rental items.

- All deposits are nonrefundable.

2. **Payment Deadlines:**

- Final payments for events must be made no later than 20 days prior to the scheduled event date.

- Rental item payments are due at least 5 days before the rental date.

3. **Delivery Charges:**

- A delivery charge will be applied to all bookings to cover transportation costs.

4. **Balloon Orders:**

- Balloon orders are to be popped and disposed of by the booking party upon or before the arrival of equipment retrievals.

5. **Travel Fee:**

- An automatic $175 travel fee will be added for events held in neighboring cities.

6. **Design Fee:**

- A design fee of $150 will be charged for event planning and design services.

7. **Consultation Fee:**

- A $50 consultation fee will be charged and applied to your account after booking.

8. **Liability:**

- Confetti Chicago is not liable for any damage or losses incurred during the event or due to adverse weather conditions on the event date.

9. **Rescheduling:**

- Parties have the option to reschedule events up to 30 days prior to the original event date.

- In the event of rescheduling, deposits may be applied to the new date, subject to availability.

•A date must be rescheduled within 60 days of a cancellation.

- Confetti Chicago takes no obligation to fulfill events on alternate dates and reserves the right to retain deposits.

10. **Cancellation Policy:**

- If an event is canceled, the deposit and any fees paid are nonrefundable.

11. **Event Fulfillment:**

- We will make every effort to ensure your event's success, but please note that circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, vendor availability) may affect event details.

12. **Client Responsibilities:**

- Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and adhering to payment deadlines.
